1) Feelings




Feelings are not fact.


  1. Feelings are just feeling.
  2. It is our emotional state at a particular time.
  3. Whatever it is, it's not real.
  4. It's just our thoughts.
  5. We can change our thoughts.
  6. Never dwell in our feeling.
  7. Instead find the causes of that feeling.
  8. And we will realized that sometimes it's not worth to think about it.
